My 90-Year-Old Father’s Improvement with Remote EDUCTOR Sessions: Our Family Biofeedback Story
Introduction
At 90 years old, my father had always trusted conventional medicine. He regularly visited a major hospital in Seoul because doctors said his cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) flow was not circulating well.
The doctors advised him to walk a lot to improve circulation, so he faithfully walked more than 2 km from home every day.
However, over time his walking became more difficult. Eventually he needed a cane just to move around.
Last December, hospital doctors told him that his CSF flow had become severely restricted and that surgery might be necessary. But because of his age, they felt the operation would be too risky.
I am his daughter and live in a nearby city about a 30 minute drive from my parents.
When I spoke with him on the phone, he sounded deeply discouraged.
“I don’t feel like I’m really living anymore.”
His energy was gone, and he seemed to have lost the motivation to keep going.
After listening for a moment, I gently told him,
“Dad, don’t feel too discouraged. Let me try helping you with EDUCTOR sessions.”
At that time, he had never heard of EDUCTOR, so I needed to explain it slowly and help him feel comfortable trying something new.
The Process
First, I sent him several supplements that had helped me personally when I once had fluid buildup in my knee:
Vitamin C
Coenzyme Q10
Vitamin B2
Vitamin B6
Vitamin B9 (Folate)
Vitamin B12
Cysteine
At that time, my own knee swelling had improved within about a week.
I explained to him that with consistent EDUCTOR sessions, we might see gradual improvement in overall balance and circulation over time.
All of the sessions were done remotely using the virtual mode.
Except for a few emergency sessions for other family members, I worked with my father almost every day for about two months.
Changes We Began to Notice
The first encouraging change came when my father said:
“Before, if I woke up during the night I couldn’t fall back asleep. Falling asleep is still a little difficult, but now if I wake up, I can fall asleep again.”
For a man who had long relied primarily on his son, the fact that he now called me frequently was a noticeable change. He carefully takes the supplements I send him.
The second piece of good news came during his walking exercise.
Previously, when walking about 2 km with his cane, he needed to stop and rest about five times.
Now he walks the same distance without stopping, although he still carries the cane for support.
His voice sounds stronger, and he genuinely sounds happier.
The third update came during Seollal (Korean Lunar New Year), when I visited him in person.
His gait, which family members had previously described as “awkward,” had noticeably improved. He told me his legs feel stronger than before.
Inside the house, he now walks slowly without the cane, and he only uses it outdoors.
My mother even joked,
“You’re acting like a doctor now!”
General Structure of the Sessions
In broad terms, my father's sessions followed this type of structure:
Initial biofeedback readings (VARHO) suggested low hydration levels and reduced metabolic energy.
Focus on metabolic support:
water balance
mineral balance
cellular hydration
Other session areas included:
Membrane support programs
Sessions related to CSF flow and spinal fluid dynamics
Craniosacral balancing and occipital support
Spinal muscle re-education
Lymphatic circulation (especially head and neck)
Parasympathetic nervous system balancing
Cerebellum and vestibular system support for walking and coordination
Neurological repair-type protocols
Sports and mobility support programs
Detox support for kidneys, adrenal glands, and liver
Each session was adjusted based on the biofeedback readings at the time.
Conclusion
Watching my 90-year-old father gradually regain better sleep, stronger legs, and a more hopeful outlook has been one of the most meaningful experiences of my life.
Remote EDUCTOR sessions are not a miracle cure. However, in our experience they can support the body's natural self-regulation—even at an advanced age.
If you are caring for an elderly family member who struggles with low energy, walking difficulty, or circulation issues, it may be worth exploring gentle and consistent biofeedback support.
Have you ever tried remote sessions with family members?
I would love to hear your experiences in the comments.
