Sharing My Personal Experience: Staying Hydrated May Help with High Blood Pressure

I have high blood pressure, but I have chosen not to take the medication prescribed by my doctor.

There are times when going out is difficult, and instead I have been managing my condition by working with QX World's Eductor to help balance my body's state.

This post is purely a sharing of my personal experience and is not medical advice. If you have high blood pressure or kidney issues, please consult a specialist and get regular check-ups.

When I was young, I was slim, so high blood pressure was the last thing I ever imagined having. Back then, I thought it was mostly a condition that affected overweight people.

However, about 15 years ago, I noticed blood in my urine, and from that point my kidneys gradually began to deteriorate, eventually progressing to the stage of proteinuria. As the proteinuria worsened, I experienced severe pain that felt as though my entire body was being twisted. At that time, I brewed and drank herbal teas known to be beneficial for the kidneys, which helped ease the pain considerably and reduced the proteinuria.

If you have proteinuria, birch bark and                eucaryptus  And add oregano

Then, a few years ago, sudden and severe high blood pressure began to appear out of nowhere. I would be going about my daily life normally, and then my blood pressure would spike without warning. Over time, these episodes became more and more frequent.

During that period, my Eductor sessions were focused primarily on the pituitary gland. The vasotocin levels came up high, and in the VARHOP readings, my H (Hydration) score was only around 50. I was told that a score of at least 60 is generally needed to support healthy blood pressure regulation.

It turned out that one of the contributing factors was simply that I was not drinking enough water.

What I Changed

Now I drink more than 2,000cc of water per day, sometimes up to 3,000cc, and I also drink herbal teas that are said to support kidney cleansing. Keeping myself properly hydrated has made a noticeable difference in how my kidneys feel.

Before each Eductor session, I drink a glass of warm water with a small pinch of salt. I then run the AUTO VARHOP session and the HYDRATION session within the METABOLIC THERAPY section of the CYBERNETIC BIOFEEDBACK THERAPY.

After doing this, my head feels noticeably lighter, and on some occasions my blood pressure has dropped by as much as 20 mmHg. That said, this does not happen every time, and individual results vary greatly.

Why Hydration Matters

Water plays so many roles in the body. One thing I noticed while doing sessions together with my family was that when the body is well hydrated, the Eductor frequencies seem to be transmitted more effectively, and there appears to be a positive influence on cerebrospinal fluid circulation and blood pressure regulation.

Above all, I believe that preventing dehydration and maintaining adequate mineral balance is essential.

However, if you have reduced kidney function or proteinuria, both drinking large amounts of water and salt intake require careful consideration. What works for my situation may not apply to everyone, so please consult your doctor or a registered dietitian before making any changes.

Eductor Biofeedback Session Guide for High Blood Pressure (Based on My Personal Experience)

High blood pressure is not simply a matter of having elevated numbers. I think of it as a complex condition in which the entire body is interconnected — kidneys, adrenal glands, hormones, the autonomic nervous system, and emotional stress all play a role. The EDUCTOR biofeedback system is one tool that allows you to address these interconnected factors within a single session.

STEP 1 — Kidneys & Adrenal Glands

The core organs involved in blood pressure regulation. We begin by working to stabilize sodium and fluid balance, as well as stress hormone activity.

Kidney Stim · Adrenal Dysfunction Stim

STEP 2 — Hormonal Control Centers

Addressing the brain's hormonal regulation hubs and the emotional stress circuitry.

Hypothalamus · Pituitary · Limbic System

STEP 3 — Metabolic Organs

Supporting liver detoxification, thyroid metabolism, and blood sugar regulation together.

Sluggish Liver Stim · Thyroid Dysfunction Stim · Pancreas.

STEP 4 — Brain & Autonomic Nervous System

Activating the brain centers and the vagus nerve that directly regulate heart rate and blood pressure.

Occipital · Cerebellum · Medulla Oblongata · Vagus Nerve

(Add Cerebral Spinal Fluid if symptoms of elevated intracranial pressure are present)

STEP 5 — Closing the Session

Supporting the elimination of waste processed during the session and promoting recovery of the vascular walls.

Congested Lymph Stim · Connective Tissue Stim

One Final Note

Everything written here reflects my own personal experience and feelings. Please do not use this post as a reason to stop medical treatment or make health decisions on your own.

If you have high blood pressure or kidney disease, managing your condition through lifestyle improvements, regular exercise, stress management, and medication when necessary — always under the guidance of your doctor — remains the most important approach.
